ChicanoTV is what appears to be a low-grade public access show, possibly coming out of New Mexico. Their website has the same production quality as their show (i.e. it's shit). But quality of content trumps quality of production values 95% of the time in my view. The site has a good handfull of Hidden Nudity and "girls wearing objects" pics. All but one of the pics seen here were edited out of these ridiculous JPG photo collages. As far as I can tell, the girls in these pics are actresses on the show.
