very long time ago i saw some similar pics in bdsm newsgroups.
they were all faked by making a simple collage
and this example here is a more realistic one
- if you dont know the other pics you could take it for real.
apart from the fact that even a blindman noticed they were collages
i only saw single (!) pix and no sets.
