Hey, this one has to have been on Nick at Nite at some point. One episode called "Jinxed" Lavenre gets, well, jinxed, and accidently rips the bottom off the gown of her buxom neighbor Rhonda Lee (played by Leslie Easterbrook-she was also the big-boobed blonde in the Police Academy series)
