Ideally I noticed this kind of photography in Tennis (Wimbledon/French/Australian Open) or cricket matches where the background is blur and focus in on main subject. Large cameras are operating in the stadium..
I don't think the guy is standing infront of her (second picture) with large cameras while taking her pics
