This just reminded me of a scene that played out for me last summer!
I often go to breakfast at a local Village Inn. One morning, I finished my meal and walked out to the car. Standing there I could see a gas station that had a car wash next door. There were 3 vacuum stations on my side of the building. A gal was vacuuming out her car wearing a short summer dress. I watched as she kept leaning in to vacuum the seats and floors of her car, obviously giving upskirt shots to anyone near by. One of the store employees came out and started to use a leaf blower to clean the parking area.
She would climb into her car on her hands and knees with the vacuum hose, allowing her short skirt to ride up high. He slowly walked by her car, getting a full view of her upskirt antics.
She did this for a long time, obviously going to the same doors of her car over and over. She was purposely putting on a show!
Soi just HAD to get a better view. I jumped in my car, left the parking lot I was in, and pulled into the gas station, driving slowly past her. At that point she again crawled into her back seat. The hem of her short skirt was high on her ass, her legs were spread as wide as the could be that back seat, showing beautiful purple panties hugging between her legs. She was acting as if she was vacuuming, but there was no sound of the vacuum being on.
This girl was just purposely giving upskirt shows to all those around her. As I slowly drove away, I thought, "What a wonderful woman this must be!"
