I think that was taken in St. Martin, on Orient Beach, and at Club Orient. That should be Hotel Mont Vernon in the background, which is the north end of the beach. Club Orient is at the south end.
Also, the group of people seems unusually young and attractive. "Naturally" or some other nudist magazine would typically do some kind of trip pictorial with a group of people like this to visit nudist locations and document them. I had a few issues of the magazine, but don't remember this particular one.
