I had a female best friend like this for a very long time. We were never a couple and never had an affair and I was never into her "like that", but we were very, very close and there were moments here and there that certainly got my heart rate up!
But in general my friend was even more careful around me than her other guy friends and husbands of her girl friends, which made me sort of sad and confused, but in the end I guess it doesn't matter. I only saw my friend's nips during a downblouse once, that is it. I did tell her what I saw and she said she didn't care (but she was even more careful after that).
She was so careful around me but not others. I remember one time I was going to help her get up from a lounge chair outside but she made me turn around to not see up her dress, and she called another guy over to help and I am sure he got a perfect view. And many other scenarios like that. (My wife thinks she had a huge crush on me and didn't know how to handle it, so she acted like this around me.)
