It is hard (no pun intended... at least initially) to pick one. One thing that turns me on that many may find weird is dirty women... not dirty in a naughty sense but when they are working hard and have grubby work clothes and boots or a smudged face or hair out of place or a combination. Many times they just don't get it because they think they look their worst but I am so turned on.
I will mention a few contenders that jump to mind.
The first involved my best friends older sister who was my first. She was a couple years older than me. I think I have mentioned in another story that my family ranches cattle. I have always worked the family ranches during summer breaks an even now when I have time. Back to this specific time. Early in the summer my friend broke his leg getting thrown off a horse. His family was having a rough time so my family basically offered to let me go be a ranch hand for them for the summer on their summer range a couple hours north of us. A couple days into the first week I was riding fences with my friend's sister we were in traditional western work wear and it was hotter than the sweat off the devil's balls. I noticed as she was holding a fence post for me to pound in that she was not wearing a bra and had the top two snaps of her shirt undone giving me not a total view but still nice for a young man. As the day went on, we got dirtier and sweatier and she got hotter (in my eyes and probably temperature too). On the ride back we stopped at one of the creeks and cooled off. We did not go skinny dipping (at least not that day) but just took off our boots, belts, and chaps and got wet. We dried off pretty quickly in the heat. Her wet shirt clinging to her from the cold water was an amazing view. That day sticks in my mind as one of the hottest I have ever experienced. I know it sounds lame and we had many more similar days but the first one we were working together stands out. We ended up screwing a few weeks later (maybe a story for another time) and my friend pulled a gun on me when he found out. He eventually became ok with it and his sister and I hooked up occasionally for the next couple years until we got into committed relationships. He is still my best friend and I still see her from time to time though nothing sexual. She is still one of the hottest women I know at 40... just getting a few white hairs in her chestnut brown hair, I still notice her not wearing bras and her B cups still seem to defy gravity... you can tell she has spent a lot of time in the sun by looking at her face but it does not look old... I can't really explain that part. I think she is arguably hotter than she was at 20 though I have not seen her without clothes in over 15 years.
Second was my first long term serious girlfriend. We were tearing down a barn on the first piece of property that I bought myself (well with the help of the bank). I remember her tripping and my grabbing for her and missing. I fell down next to her and she looked so hot with dirt on her face and clothes. She did not want to make out or anything then because we were "too dirty" and she pushed me away but that night was pretty good.
Third, while it is much harder to pick just one with my wife, I will have to say it was skinny dipping in a mountain lake. I know it breaks tradition from my other two stories but something about the setting was just amazing. We did not have sex there or anything, just swam for a while then swam out to a rocky island and sunned ourselves on some rocks. If I had to pick a dirty/working time with her that turned me on, it was when she helped me put a transmission in one of my trucks and she was wearing a pair of my coveralls with the legs and the sleeves rolled way up because she is short and she was covered with grease.
