First of all, I'm French, and this makes for sure a difference with that (real) story.
When I met my wife, in 1999, the first time I went to her appartment, she showed me her old photo albums when she was younger.
About a couple of pages there where some early 80's beach pictures and her mum was topless on it !
For sure, she was too, but she was 6 somehing like that.
As the pages turned there where more and more, and even more photos from her growing up, and always topless at beach, even when she was a teen.
So I had to ask a little bit around and she told me that don't like wearing tops at the beach.
Later on, there where many situation where my wife was topless or nude in front of her parents and even, cousins, aunts, etc.
I had the chance also to see her mum topless at the beach or sometime at home.
