Hot story. Always makes one wonder what exactly happens in those relaxed moments when the Mrs was at work, out with colleagues / clients for drinks and dinner, etc. - at least in the old, pre-virus days. You have to assume incidents like you describe happen, and in some cases, maybe happen a whole lot more than she would be willing to admit at home... much to the enjoyment of those nearby.
