In a lifeboat while in port, then on a 747 in flight
Picked up a good-looking girl who had just arrived in town. She hadn't yet made plans to stay anywhere so she hiked with me the several miles to the harbor where my ship was tied up. We snuck aboard, climbed up into one of the lifeboats, arranged some lifejackets to form a mattress, and had at it all night. Next morning was a workday, with lots of deck crew around, so we had to time our escape just right.
Another unusual place was on a 747. In case you didn't know, most 747s have a crew rest area in the top of the fuselage just forward of the tail fin. It has a few full-size bunks with reading lamps and draw curtains for privacy. You access it from the rear galley. I was on a cross-country flight with a coworker who had connections with the airline industry, and she talked one of the flight attendants into letting us use the space for an hour. We noticed some hashmarks scratched onto the bulkhead, and after we finished and got back down to the main cabin and the flight attendants told us what the marks were for, we had to go back up and add ours.
