I've gone through the Spring Break threads (and there are a lot of them), and this video hasn't been on here before. Basically, it involves a girl stuck on the top of her car while a crowd surrounds it baying for her to take her clothes off. Naturally, when a crowd wants you to strip and there's nowhere to go, you've gotta do what the crowd wants you to do. She's somewhat embarrassed at times, but still everything comes off (save the purple gumshield in her mouth, that is) and the crowd have a whale of a time filming it - her reaction at spotting this at 12 secs in is a treat.
