One strategy is once you find one, is to look at who they follow, or who follows them.. for example Runningbull follows mlgallo and DesiNuda who have some interesting pics if someone wants to post them.
Looking at who follows runningbull we see buzzball who is not that interesting as he appears to be just posting others pictures, but he follows Emma23 which is a win.
