I was perusing Getty images and found this one. Apparently her name is Julie Ridge and in the 80s, she was first person to swim around Manhattan twice. She was also a stage actor who appeared nude several times (Oh Calcutta) but no pictures that I could find. That is either optical illusion or a massive black triangle, that bikini is barely holding it in. What do you think?
