These stories reminded me of a couple of instances. The first when I was growing up - probably about 16 or 17. I had a friend whose neighbor liked to show herself. Her bedroom in the attic, faced my friend's attic. We would go up there to watch her strip and play with herself while we watched. She would put a sign in her window stating "Next Show at 2:00". She also said she would like to "clean our pipes".

Another time, my wife and I took our sons to visit a friend at the the beach. We were in the living room, which was on the second floor. Our boys were supposed to be sleeping in the next room, but we heard some quiet whispering. We looked out the widow, at a house across the narrow street, and saw a young woman in the window, trying on several outfits, deciding what to wear for the evening of clubbing. Various bras and panties were tried. This went on for about 15 minutes, all the while facing the window with the lights on. I am sure she knew the kids were watching. She ultimately decided to go bra-less, wearing a thong and short skirt.
