I worked at a marine facility, a boat had radioed ahead asking permission to drop off 2 passengers at our dock. I went out with ladder when the boat docked, 2 young women were standing on the deck, both in dresses. I put the ladder up, they had to climb down about 10', they asked if we had stairs they could use, no, just a ladder. They chatted for a second about going in to change clothes, but the boat was in a hurry to get moving. I had to hold the base of the ladder, so I made like I was looking in the other direction, but on a floating dock you better watch what you're doing or someone can get hurt.
Of course it was windy and I got an eyeful, one of them had plain white, the other had a flowery blue lace.
