Default Serious question, I need advice

The background: Recently I underwent a prostatectomy. One of the lingering after effects is the inability to gain a hard on. It just doesn't happen. I have a prescription for sildenafil. But, it makes little difference. Under normal circumstances I would be attending clinic where we could look at options like a vacuum pump, creams, and even injections.

However, corona virus has put a stop to that for the immediate future. Meanwhile my urology nurse has instructed me to take a sildenafil and masturbate to orgasm once a week. Yes, that surprised me also.

Here is the problem: As the cock becomes erect it becomes more sensitive. A flaccid cock has little sensitivity. That being case the reaching an orgasm takes about 90 minutes and a lot of effort. What should be a pleasure is almost a chore.

It occurs to me that an effective male sex toy might be the answer. Something like an Autoblow. I am looking for something I can slip over my cock while I watch a movie. My hands would then be spared 90 minutes work, and masturbation might become a pleasure again.

My previous experience of male sex toys is that they work but not really well. So, can anyone out their offer advice on something that has worked well for you? Keep in mind we are dealing with a flaccid cock, not an erect one. I don't mind investing in something that will do the job. But, I don't have money to waste in this economic climate.
