I love going to parks with my wife when she is wearing a short dress or skirt. I remember one time at the start of our relationship we were out sunbathing in a park near us and she was lying on her front wearing a short black skirt. She pulled the skirt up a bit so that the top of her legs could get the sun, at this point her legs were fully on display but nothing else. After a while she got more comfortable and pulled the skirt up a little bit more, when she did this she revealed her white cotton and lace knickers, there were several people around so quute a few guys saw, I noticed a couple making double takes!
