Thanks for getting a revival on this thread. I agree that witnessing a good pantsing is among the best ENF scenarios one can come across. In my mind a couple of the key ingredients that make for the BEST pantsings are:

1) done in public, preferably in an open space (beach, parking lot, mall, maybe bar or club)
2) in front of a wide group of people.. can be strangers or friends, and men and women, but to make it the best ENF, there should be several guy witnesses
3) unstaged (I know, sometimes you got to be thankful that a girl is in on her own prank and agrees to be pantsed for the cameras, but its so much better when she is taken by surprise)
4) a classic shocked ENF reaction!! (eyes go wide as saucers as the reality of what just happened and what is on display to ALL these people rapidly sinks in... mouth drops wide open... a hand instinctively jolting back to protect her modesty (unsuccessfully) in a classic CYA way... before realizing more damage is being done by not retriving the pants, and with the hand then reaching down for her pants, shorts or bikini, the viewer has a 2nd unobtructed view of her cute cheeks)
5) obviously, best that the pantsing reveal a fully bared bottom... no undies half covering her bum, or thongs providing some semblence of modesty, but rather the pantsing leaving the ass cheeks FULLY BARE
6) pants/undies get yanked down as far as possible.. to her ankles is the best, to at or below her knees 2nd
7) although its a tough ask, and you hardly see it, a nice crisp ass slap on the bare bottom to complete the pantsing!
7) and finally, in the aftermath of the pantsing, her reaction (while still embarrassed) also turns to nervous laughter and she's able to laugh at herself and the situation with an "OMG.. I cant believe you just did that and I can't believe I was SO on total display like that!!"

Let me share a quick story that had a lot of these elements. This was about 2 years ago at a large pool at a Las Vegas hotel. It was later in the day and most people had left but the sun was still out and the place was about 25% full. I had to be somewhere in less than an hour so was packing up by myself but decided to go for one final quick dip. I was in for just a few minutes when I noticed a group of about 10 women, who I'm guessing were in their mid 30's, walking into the pool using the steps that were directly across from where I was. I don't know where they had come from, as I'm sure I would have noticed them had they been laying out anywhere near me, but perhaps they came from another part of the large pool complex. Anyway, some choose to sit on the steps, and others waded slightly into the pool with their drinks, but generally they all hung out together by those steps laughing and seemingly having a great time. There were a mix of women in bikinis and one-pieces, and a range of how well in shape they were and how attractive I found them, but generally it was fun to people watch and everyone of them was fun to observe while I pondered how I could ease on over and say hi to a few of them without looking creepy or obvious. Anyway, it didn't take too long for me to figure out which woman was the most attractive. She shined and stuck out to me more than anyone of the others - a woman with dirty blonde hair down to her shoulders, a dynamite body and a killer laugh and smile, and to top it off, had the sexiest little bikini of the bunch. She sat on the steps rather than fully enter the pool, and I continued watching them waiting for a few of them to break off and start roaming around the pool more, and was hoping she'd be one of them. After a while though, and with me needing to get going, with no movement on their part, I moved to just wade/walk/swim towards the center and roam around closer to them, but still in the main part of the pool. A short while after that the pretty blonde in the red bikini stood up, and I was so hoping she'd walk into the pool. Instead though she turned around, and while still standing on one of the steps in the pool began to talk to another friend who was dressed and standing by the pool's edge. This gave me a great unobstructed view of her ass enclosed in that sexy red bikini. It was clear she had the best body of all the women there. Well maybe it was because of a slight tinge of jealousy of how good her friend looked in a bikini, or maybe it was too much rum that afternoon, but one of the other women in the water decided to take this opportunity to prank her. The friend, with a drink in her right hand, swims up to the blonde, whose standing on those steps such that her cute bikini-clad bum is just above eye or head level of the swimming girl, and with her left hand reaches up, garbs a hold of those little bikini bottoms and gives them a good hard YANK right down to about mid thigh. And there it was... in all its white moon glory... the delightful set of this pretty blonde woman's shamelessly, fully-exposed bum cheeks. (_!_) The women in the water who had the same view I did burst out laughing, while the blonde also with a drink in her right hand struggles to somehow cover her rear end, while also trying with just her left hand to get her bottoms back up. As she half turns and slightly crouches to try preventing from someone in front to see anything more, I saw a bit of her face and that shocked ENF, OMG expression on her face. The friend she was talking to outside the pool did the classic laughing with a hand covering her mouth and eyes wide as saucers. It was nearly perfect. I'd give it a 9.8 judges score, docking 0.1 point each for the fact that it was not in front of a lot of guys (I think I was the only one) and there was no ass slap!!... which given how long her bum was bared could have easily happened. LOL The pretty woman who got pantsed was half laughing as she talked to her pantser and it was clear a few OMG's came out as her pretty face started matching the color of her bikini just a little more. I just wish that I got to lock eyes with the woman who was pantsed and smile and ler her know that 'I saw'. She and another friend ended up getting out of the pool shortly after that, and I waited another minute or so to do the same - making sure to use the stairs they were sitting on. They were still talking loudly in their own group and I didn't want to intrude, but as I passed one of them rather closely and she looked my way, I did say something to the extent of 'well that was quite a show.. looks like you ladies are having a fun time". More importantly though I was hoping to see the woman with the lovely bared cheeks and say something 'cheeky' to her as I passed her lounge chair, but sadly I couldn't find her on that side of the pool and had to go back grab my stuff and leave. Was keeping an extra eye out that evening, especially at the hotel lobby, bar and casino for this group of ladies, but never saw them after that again. I do though have the memory of that great pantsing and those fully bare white ass cheeks in all their glory. Was one of the best I've ever seen.
