I think gyno's see so many vaginas and at least some of them have to be sexually stimulated, that it don't really even faze them. Much like a doctor who sees a male patient who has a erection.

My wife went to the same doc since childhood, she had a major crush on him. She had to get her 1st gyno exam before she went odd to college, she said she had built it up in her mind the same as you did, but he was all business until he was almost finished. Then he had the talk with her about using birth control, STD's etc.. She said that embarrassed more than another man, besides me, seeing her naked for the first time.
Many years later, her regular gyno retired and she went to a new one for the 1st time. This was after kids, so no big deal. But when he came in after the nurse got her ready, something about him just flipped a switch and she started getting wet. When he started the exam she could feel herself cumming and she was squirming, the doc mistook her squirming for discomfort, she said she just knew they knew and she was very embarrassed.
