Oh yeah, there was an older building on campus which was another good spot that came to mind... a plain old rectangular design, nothing fancy. Right when you come in, there was a door to the left of a narrow hallway with a stairwell going up all 3 floors. The convenient thing was that the glass door and park bench close by outside made it another good spot if one was "on the hunt". There were plenty of times when I'd just sit on the park-bench, pretending to be looking thru notes or waiting on someone, or listening to music, etc.... as I see another skirt coming, I'd probably go inside then come back towards the front around the time she would make that left to go upstairs (it looks more suspicious if one were to get up from the bench right when a short skirt goes by; gotta plan that out, y'know).... saw a lot of good ones that way too. The stairs in this 2nd building were better, imo... because the railings were very thin so there was not as much metal structure blocking the view. (first building had several large white bar railings on the sides)
The other good thing about this building was that the elevator was at the other end of the long hallway. This resulted in it being much more convenient for a person to choose the stairs since they are right there when entering the building....usually it would just be handicapped and older people going all the way to that other side for the elevator.

When I was in college, our Humanities building had a perfect staircase that allowed me to see tons of great sightings. Like Dookieman was saying, it was all about timing in these situations. One of my favorites was a hot blond with a short jean skirt, I thought my timing was off, but it ended up being at the bottom right when she hit the top of that same section. Boom, beautiful pink thong and I was treated to cheeks and that wonderful gusset view that we covet so much. Luckily she was going to the third floor, which meant I got that perfect shot multiple times.
My favorite in these instances are those great frilly loose dresses with the pleats and of course sun dresses. I really miss that school.
