Having not been to a nude spa previously, I referred to the internet and on-line videos to get an idea of what I was to expect. We'd not done this before, but we had done nude stuff before.

I've already referred to the excitement when my wife tried to use her tag on the incorrect locker, and the associated exposure to some maintenance guys. What I didn't refer to was my own personal experiences.

The lovely Mrs, is, what most would describe as a MILF. I'm never quite sure what the precise definition of a MILF is, but she is in her 40's - a runner (including marathons), and keen on yoga, 32a bra, UK size 8. I am considerably more liberal than she is, and although i don't parade around naked, I'm quite content to be exposed or walk on the beach naked. Since the first time at Spa Z, we are now both quite liberal, and my wife increasingly 'ce la vie' about her nudity, and on a daily basis she's visible to our neighbours most mornings - no curtains, or blinds drawn - no clothes for breakfast, or dressing the kids, and when she wakes and checks the weather through the window. However, that's another story.

The first time we went to the spa we went into a quiet changing room. i thought it was empty but there was a young woman in a gown opening her locker. We, that is my wife and I, nervously, chose a locker and started to disrobe. i couldn't resist though and checked out the other 19/20 year old, fit and toned beauty get dressed. she looked u a few ties, slightly nervously, but I politely averted my eyes, just long enough to indicate that I wasn't a perve, but there is nothing else to look at in the room aside from each other, and no mirrors. The other lady was fabulous, possibly the most fantastic naked girl i've ever been 2 metres from. Even when i was that age I never got close to any nude woman looking like that, bt there she was, a beautiful fit young woman naked and changing n the other side of the bench.

During my day in the spa, i sat in the whirlpool. The steps to get in are opposite. As you sit there, the girls are higher than you if they are getting into the whirlpool. You get a great view.

Also:

A group of 18 year olds, who were in with their girlfriends. The boys seemed to sit back and watch as the girls nervously went from sauna to sauna.

Anyone using the facilities has to get nude (aside from the gym) so beauty treatments, even a massage or a facial, involve going to the changing room to disrobe completely and wear a towel or a robe.

None of this is sexual, merely enjoyable. if t is sexual - don't go!
