It is amazing for me to get someone to squirt and get soaked so I can only imagine how amazing it is for the woman. It's one of my favorite things to do.
I've got quite a few women to squirt, some who knew they could do it others who had no idea. Some by oral, some by rubbing and fingering, some by penetration, and some by a combination, but I'm no expert but I can tell you what works for me. I really don't know what you can do to yourself but I can tell you what your partner can try and maybe adapt it if you're trying to make yourself squirt.
I think the most important thing is staying relaxed, listening to your body, and being able to let go and lose control. It's not pee but it will feel like you have to pee, at least that's what my wife told me what it feels like. So being able to let go and let that feeling happen is hard to do but important.
You need to communicate with your partner letting them know what feels good, what you need more of, what you need less of. they also need to take cues from your body and those cues can tell them what's working.
If you cum better from penetration fingering, and rubbing then I've noticed angling the fingers up or doing the "come here" motion works well when fingering. Starting slow, working up the speed and pressure. Maybe rubbing the clit at the same time. Maybe even some slight slaps on the clit, or even hard ones if thats what your into. I know one partner really liked me slapping her clit with my dick, that got her to squirt really quick. But before all that teasing and playing to build up the arousal helps too.
If oral is more your thing, I like to first tease and play, kiss and lick all over the body. Then focus around the pussy. Kissing, licking, sucking around it. Inner thigh, lips, clit... All over. Really tease, lick the clit then wonder around, then back to the clit some more, then wonder again, just keep doing that to build up the arousal and make you want it even more until you can't take it. Then really focusing all attention on the clit starting slow and soft again and working the speed of the tongue up and the pressure up. I also like to suck on it as I'm licking. But I think it really depends on what you like, rough or soft, fast or slow.
