The family locker room has a few cubicles that can BARELY hold a family of two or three, as well as an open area. You are NOT supposed to get changed in the open area, but when it gets super busy and there are looong lines for the cubicles, some people DO use the open area. This, exactly. I've written about my mother in law before on this forum, but in summary: she doesn't care At All who sees her. However, she'll always put in
some effort to remain hidden. It gives her plausible deniability, and sometimes she thought that her clothes where enough and she didn't realise what she's showing.
