We don't get to the beach often, but I remember one time (10+ years ago now), we were at a lake and this young couple got changed under towels.
The woman, 18-19 at most, kept looking around and glaring at everyone who may have looked at her for more than a second. I had sunglasses on and was not looking at her, but I felt her glaring at me, assuming I was staring at her. She wasn't at all attractive, so I really didn't care to look at all.
Anyway, after she changed, I did notice that she had a VERY loose dress on, and she bent over to pick up her stuff, so I looked for a second, for no real reason, but I noticed that she had nothing on under her dress. She had no breasts at all, but her nips must have been a half inch long and an inch wide (the nips, not the areola), and THAT I did notice. Then I could see her huge bush down the top of her dress, too.
I figured it was worth it given the energy she put into glaring at me and judging me for staring when I wasn't actually staring at all, until later. Maybe she was just glaring ahead of time.
