I would've done a top 10 if that was allowed by the rules, but since it's not, I'm going with this one, from the 2011 SkidXmore SpXur calendar. I could have gone with a picture with nip slips or nice butts (believe me, I considered many of those), and some of my favorites have already been posted. But when I think of "nude charity calendar picture", this is the picture I immediately think of. A group of cute girls (just girls), all totally nude, all facing the camera, their frontal nudity just barely covered by smallish objects, embarrassed "We've been caught!" expressions on their faces. It's my platonic ideal of a nude charity calendar picture.

I'm posting two versions of the picture, since they vary in quality. Hope that's allowed.

(BTW, I wanted to mention that my all-time favorite calendar sets are the All Nude Cabaret Charity Calendar Cover Shoots from 2015-2018, even though I didn't choose a picture from those.)
