a few things...
1. Put non face pics of your wife on here if she allows it (make sure to strip the data of the photos)
2. Show her off online. I don't know what cam sites people use anymore though. Make sure not to show her face.
3. Document her body every day with photos in the same spot. She may be willing to show people the photos as it's part of the pregnancy process.
