When I started dating my current gf, I was clear about my desire to make photographs of her. In that time we have taken thousands. and it has become a game for us. We have since incorporated video cameras during photo sessions in case any snapshot captures see something that maybe my dslr didnt see. Without exaggerating, we probably take 200 pictures per month. not including the selfies that she sends to me. Whether they be photos of just her or we enlist someone to model with her.

Her daughter had finally managed to bring up her grades. I had been wanting a new dslr, so I gifted her my old one. As well as all of the photography equipment that went with it. Suddenly, she is a photographer. So one day, I started receiving notifications to my phone. I checked and at the time there were maybe 10 photos. By the end there were over 50. In varying changes of clothes, from normal, to lingerie, to nudes. All taken by her daughter.

I admit that at first I was completely in shock. I loved the photos, but I couldnt imagine how this scenario played out. But then again, my gf is Ecuadorian. Different culture. Different views on what is and in not acceptable.

In the end, they were just photos. She couldn't understand why I thought it was unusual. Her daughter has a great eye for photography. She learned something from the experience. They had a bonding moment. It was really a win - win for everyone. I just had to get over my societal indoctrination.
