I think Rakuten has it available for online rental - I'm not sure where you could find a copy now because I'm pretty sure it's out of circulation. I found a copy of the DVD on either CDJapan or Japan's Amazon page when it was first released. There are a few clips from it on the internet; the clip that shows the girl in the school uniform getting magically stripped by a guy made up to look like Osama Bin Laden is from that. There might be some used copies of the Japanese version of Yahoo Auctions.
