I don’t know your wife, but the events as you’ve laid them out would say she fucked him. She just doesn’t want to admit it because she will think it admits a line was crossed.
What strikes me, is she admits being naked with a man who isn’t her husband. She admits a man who isn’t her husband had his finger in her vagina.
