Default Vintage Swimwear

Here are a couple of examples that a quick Google search turned up. The one with the group of women is from the Tidal Basin in Washington, DC in the 1920s. The one with the pair of women is from the 1912 Olympics where the women wore unlined silk bathing suits over underwear to "protect their modesty". I am interested in examples from the 1890s to the 1920s before Jantzen invented the modern swimsuit fabric.
