While slapping would make you look bad, I don't think it would be an unreasonable response to the situation... just a somewhat violent one. A strongly worded report to the staff would be the most appropriate.

I have to disagree the place makes it's money from parents dropping off their kids with money to play games. They would ignore your complaints unless you were a kid. I worked at a place like that when I was in high school and the customer is always right. They would have talked to her, but nothing would be done. When we complained about some guy groping us we were told it was our imagination. Business will not do something to hurt their customer base.
