A lot of "abnormalities" are only "abnormal" because we define them as such, and quite often something that is "abnormal" is actually more normal than what we define as "normal".
That being said, I once dated a woman who had two so-called "abnormalities".
The first was that she had absolutely no areola at all...just very, very long nipples that were at least 2" long, and very dark, with no areola surrounding them. Needless to say, she never went braless because of this, except around me.
She also had absolutely enormous outer labia. So large that when she wore underwear, it looked like she had a penis tucked in that looked so large that most guys would be jealous.
She hated both of these things about herself, but I told her it was perfectly fine with me and she said I was the first guy to not stop dating her once they saw her naked. We didn't date long, but for other reasons.
