My wife, a lifetime before she met me, used to flash at bars quite often, not letting her own bf and his friends see, but letting all the total strangers see.
Her sister, total prude in every definition, got drunk in another country (her first time drinking, despite being in her 40s) and danced provocatively with a random guy, letting him feel her boobs. My wife was trying to convince her to go back to her room with him to see that life could be better without her terrible husband, but she refused the idea in the end. My wife also thinks her sister gave the random guy plenty of panty flashes up her dress whenever she would sit down, but my wife wasn't in the best position to know for sure. I wasn't there, but I have no reason to doubt my wife's account of the story. (This was only a year ago.)
