Yes, and I've seen it on other videos here and elsewhere lately (including ones I've found postworthy!); I'm not tech-savvy enough to know exactly why, though I suspect the relatively small file size for longish videos in decent resolution has something to do with it. The workaround that works for me, and which I advise in any post when I've uploaded one here, is to open it with VLC, which eliminates the jitters...
