St. Pete Beach
Years ago I regularly traveled with a female colleague to Tampa over a number of months. The facility where we worked had one of those stormwater-retention ponds in front, After a few beers and some game-playing one night, she lost and I dared her to go skinny-dipping in the pond. We drove over, but after looking at it, she was sure there were alligators lying in wait for her. She asked for leniency to go the the Gulf instead.
We drove west through the city and across the bay. It was pretty dark when we arrived near the beaches, looking for a quiet spot, but most of the coastline was filled with condos and the like. I pulled into a beach access parking area, but wouldn't let her strip on the beach or in the car. She stepped out, took off her jeans, panties and top before dashing across thirty yards of beach into the water. I followed with a towel and greeted her when she came out. She had remained in the water for 5-10 minutes to allow the dog-walkers to clear out. Dare complete, no arrest.
