Default An Oktoberfest tradition
In Germany, at Oktoberfest, there is a traditional activity called "The Devil's Wheel" or "Teufelsrad". Women (almost always in skirts) sit on a spinning floor and try to hang on without being spun away. It's strangely addictive to watch, and provides lots of fleeting upskirt shots. Search "Teufelsrad" on youtube to find more.
