I will confess o one thing: I learned a long time ago that there is truth to the saying, "He who hesitates is lost". It turns out that when a woman is hinting about sex, she probably won't be offended or surprised if you ask. Pretty much worst case is she says no. So when it seems like she's hinting, I ask. As you would expect, I hear no from, i.e. to time, but I also hear a lot of "yes".
