It was quite warm a lot of the time and what we had on a couple of evenings was her in t-shirt and panties or at times, just her panties so I conclude that it's one of two things; either she's super-comfortable around me (as already suggested elsewhere) or she secretly enjoys the tease but it's just for her!
Then again, a week later she did ask me to help her out of the bath (she's been quite unwell lately and it's left her quite weak at times) so completely naked and dripping wet ups the ante a little but hey ho...
