Where I live, if you don't wear a bra you get glares from other women, even if the top/dress you are wearing is clearly meant to wear braless. Women here just wear a bra anyway and most of it shows..the cups, straps, even the back strap/hook. Apparently that is more appropriate than a little nip poking out.

We used to live in a golf community. The ladies golf association even added a rule that all the golfers had to wear a bra because one woman's nipples showed when she sweated.
