I would say that they are easily 3" across. She is certainly a DD size so her areolas are sizable.
Did I see her again? Well, yes. I went upstairs and found my other half and took her to the balcony to say hello to the neighbor lady and then pointed out that her nipples were visible through the wet dress.
The neighbor lady is normally rather conservative. I am always teasing her about losing the bra and she always says no. I have even tried to get her to flash other men when we happen to be in a public setting with other around. She blushes and says no, but you can tell that she really wants to. However, it would cause her problems if her husband found out.
I do not think that she set out to pose for me. However, I am certain that she knew and purposely did this to show off to EVERY man that passed. Her marriage is on its deathbed and she is 'advertising' for a new man to support her and her 2 kids.
