Could go either way. Probably she is just super comfortable around you, which is the ultimate compliment. (My mother in law's comfort level around me is off the charts, and it makes my wife feel good knowing that her family members are so comfortable with me given they hate the other in-law husbands.)
Or maybe she is interested in more, but you will have to let her cross that line, not you.
