I've been in similar situations, helping fix people's computers and so on.. What I do is open a private window on Firefox, log in to my email, email all the photos to myself, close the private window. Got quite a collection now. I don't post them all over the internet, it's for my private viewing pleasure. Not got a coworker yet but several partners of friends of mine.
