The following happened around 2015:

Joe and Mike were my coworkers. Mike was sleeping with Joe's Sister-In-Law. Everyone knew that and was ok with it. Mike asked Joe to come to the computer. Playing fullscreen was his sister-in-law flicking her bean. Mike and I were laughing and Joe's face was priceless. He couldn't look away and asked for a copy, which Mike denied. This happened on the clock at work. A few years later, after Mike and the SIL broke up, Joe told his wife about it and she told his sister. Both were pissed. It was one of the funniest and hottest things I have ever seen. I have never had the good fortune for someone to show me a video of my SIL rubbing one out.
