Menorca mentioned the "naked beach", amongst other ideas.
Every woman is different to be sure. At one time, my wife's boundaries were wearing a bikini or showing off her substantial cleavage!

She got her exhibitionism "kink" started when I took her to a clothing optional public beach where most everyone was nude. Sitting far from others, she was naked in minutes. That became a weekly pastime. As things evolved, it turned out that she would rather get naked or at least topless on a non-nude beach, usually preferring to be at a distance from others. But this made her nudity much more noticeable to anyone passing by, which strangely enough, she very much enjoys. Go figure.

So, give a beach a try! Even if a clothed beach, a very revealing outfit might get her going. Or, she could try topless at a distance from others.... for a start.

Of course, if possible, a clothing optional resort could be a great way for boundaries to fall........... and learning to enjoy being comfortable with nudity. And, possibly dropping other boundaries!!!!
