My wife, more athletic than I am, was very popular and was invited to join many events and I loved watching her. Even so, as I have written before, her favorite place was in the shared showers.

Unfortunately I did not get to practice nudism during its "Golden Age"; I started in the 90's, when family nudism was already on the decline. I can only imagine how great it was "back in the day." It seemed nudists had a lot more fun; at least judging from many of the vintage pics here and elsewhere. Probably activities were a higher priority at resorts back then.
The "smoothie movement" was on the rise during that time though; and it was fun seeing it catch on - much to the dismay and objections of older nudists who felt that a bald labia was too "provocative." My then-wife, who was aware shaving was a growing trend, decided to "buck convention" and shave bald; one of the few at the time at our home-resort. She instantly became popular lol! She didn't mind the attention though and ignored the "derogatory" looks she would sometimes get from other women.
These days, being smooth is not even a thing anymore. My current wife, who doesn't even ordinarily shave, will "clip off" before heading to the resort because she feels she "fits in" better with the crowd! Quite a change from the days where it was relatively uncommon.
Nudism is definitely changing though...less families. Less activities and fun. But a lot more shaven labias!
