Topless woman ordered to cover up at beach vows to keep swimming nude

Photographer Michelle Bennett was tanning topless at Park Point beach at Lake Superior in Minnesota, the US, in June when a parent asked her to put on a top.

She refused and a police officer arrived half an hour later to repeat the order.

Michelle told US media: “He told me it wasn’t a nude beach. I said no one here is nude.

“I wasn’t being lewd, I was just laying in the sun – minding my own business.”
