I sometimes let my imagination create scenarios when I see the same folks from various photographers. In the case of the pink ladies, I think that they are all related, but the leader is the lady in the blue wig with the bullet nipples. She sort of shepherds the group from her scooter, paying particular attention to the young mommy.
