The First 500
Some years ago there was a novel titled "The First 500" written by a woman who started about 15, then learned she could trade sex for clothes, medical care or food, then she did it for money but she would go back to only one man for a while. She would go to swingers' clubs and end up with 8 or 10 in one night but each fuck got a mention and the guy got a number. It was a fun paperback.
