I find the same thing sometimes.
Just out of interest I did an overlay on these pics matching the right hand up perfectly and as you can see other parts don't match up including the eyes, so I suspect the photo was stretched a bit or the perspective altered, as well as her hips looked slimmer. With all that and the badly done nipple. Which of course is all so damn unnecessary and annoying.

Normally it's pretty obvious that a new face has been added or busts dramatically changed in size, a tattoo removed or added etc.

Now initially you might just say that the fake on the left is more orange, is richer and darker in colour. This in itself may not be a concern as you will often see genuine photos with different light balance and contrasts on google images.

In this case it took me three or four minutes to work out what had really changed (admittedly, I was on a small screen phone at the time...)

Eventually I figured out that the nipple on the lady's right boob (our left) had been extended to approximately double its length and beyond the profile of the main breast. Her left areole (our right) also appears to have been made to look bigger and is smudged a little.

I think, but am not absolutely sure but the hips and thigh may have been reduced too? But then it's a thread on tits so I focused on them!

If I was been really picky I think the lower door panelling on the fake is out of focus and less sharp too.

Would be interested in Seal's take on this?
